Collaboration: Working closely with the Site Supervisor and designers to follow technical drawings and specifications.

Site Care: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven Trade Experience: Strong background specifically in hard landscaping (ideally 3+ years).

Technical Proficiency: Confident using a range of power tools (cut-off saws, mixers, levels) and machinery.

Quality Focus: An "eye for detail" and a commitment to high-end finishes.

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Aged 25+ preferred for insurance purposes).

CSCS Card: Highly desirable.

Attitude: A reliable, "can-do" approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew.

What We Offer

Salary: £35k-£40k (Based on experience).

Growth: Opportunities to move into a Supervisory role as the company grows.

Company Benefits: Pension scheme and company vehicle/travel support.

Variety: Working on unique, high-spec projects across London.
