Summary
Experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer Join an Established and Growing Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established business operating across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, capable of carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, including:
- Splits
- Multis
- VRVs
- FCUs
- Work across both residential and commercial sites
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Occasionally work outside standard hours to support customer requirements
Requirements
- Located within a 15 miles of Dartford / Kent area
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the air conditioning industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
Qualifications
Technical (essential):
- F-Gas
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- City & Guilds (or equivalent)
- Safe handling certification
Health & Safety (desirable):
- CSCS
- PASMA
- IPAF
- Or similar
Package & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime: Evening and weekend work available
- Location: Field-based role covering Kent, London, and surrounding areas
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
