Summary
Experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Join an Established and Growing Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a well-established business operating across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.
This is a pure installation role, focused on project delivery and high-quality system installations. It does not involve servicing or breakdown work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning systems, including:
- Split systems
- Multi-split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- FCU systems
- Carry out first-fix and second-fix installation works
- Install pipework, pressure test, evacuate, commission, and complete system handovers
- Install condensate drainage systems and associated electrical connections
- Work closely with contracts and project teams to deliver installations efficiently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care
Requirements
- Located within 15 miles of Dartford / Kent area
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 8 years' experience in air conditioning installation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
Essential:
- F-Gas Certification
- City & Guilds or equivalent HVAC qualifications
- CSCS card
Desirable:
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Or similar access certifications
Package & Benefits

- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime available
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
- Location: Field-based role covering Kent, London, and surrounding areas
