About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting class teachers, delivering interventions, and helping pupils build strong foundations in their early education.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons

Provide targeted 1:1 and small group phonics and literacy interventions

Assist with planning and preparing classroom resources

Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working within Key Stage 1

Confidence supporting phonics, early reading, writing and numeracy

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
