Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized intervention plans for children and families.
Provide direct support and counseling to children and families in crisis situations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the holistic needs of children.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for case reviews and meetings.
Advocate for the best interests of children in legal and community settings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and child welfare policies.
Requirements
A recognized qualification in social work (degree or equivalent).
Registered with Social Work England or relevant professional body.
Experience working in children's social services or a related field.
Strong understanding of child protection laws and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.43
Location: Westminster, South West London
