HVAC Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer for a 3-month temporary contract based within a large-scale warehouse facility in Coalville. This role is vital for maintaining the climate control systems and infrastructure essential for operational continuity.
Role Overview-
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Contract Type: Temporary (3-month duration).

Location: Coalville.

System Maintenance: Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to all HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs, to meet and exceed agreed service levels.

Technical Isolations: Perform necessary HVAC isolations and technical maintenance tasks to support ongoing site operations.

Fault Finding: Utilize technical expertise to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults within a busy warehouse environment.

Critical Infrastructure: Understand and maintain site plant and systems, ensuring all issues are attended to and resolved within SLA agreements.

Compliance: Sign off completed tasks in a timely manner via a PDA or CAFM system, ensuring all maintenance records are kept up to date and compliant.

Qualifications: Recognized qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.

Technical Knowledge: Deep experience with Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and motor maintenance.

Operational Experience: Proven track record in performing reactive repairs and structured PPM delivery in a commercial or industrial setting.

Health & Safety: Full conversance with all relevant HSE requirements and their effective application on-site.

Soft Skills: A calm manner with the ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with client representatives.
