Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive company growth, expand our client portfolio, and develop strategic partnerships within the property and investment sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in property letting and investment services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and business partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Develop and present business proposals and service agreements
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
• Achieve revenue and performance targets
• Provide regular performance and market reports to senior management
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or commercial management
• Strong understanding of the UK property market preferred
