About the role

We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our Group Control team, helping us deliver accurate, timely and high‑quality external financial reporting. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing our Group results, supporting financial controls, and explaining complex accounting matters in a clear and engaging way for a variety of stakeholders.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of Group external financial reporting in line with IFRS.
  • Acting as the key contact for a Business Unit and reviewing periodic performance.
  • Presenting and analysing results for senior stakeholders.
  • Preparing technical accounting papers and explaining complex issues clearly.
  • Working with auditors, monitoring new standards, and contributing to process and control improvements.

You will need

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Experience in financial reporting, audit or financial control.
  • A solid understanding of IFRS and technical accounting concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, good time‑management and a proactive approach.
