Crynodeb
The post holder will be expected to prioritise and time-manage effectively according to the activity of the department and to utilise appropriately the available senior staff for advice. Education and TrainingA Consultant educational supervisor for the period of the appointment will be allocated. The post holder will be expected to complete workplace-based assessments to allow documentation of their own development and develop a personal learning plan with regular review. The successful applicants will gain clinical experience across all these teams, whilst also engaging with the clinical rota when appropriate.
