At Paragon Traffic Management we are professional, agile and fast-paced. Our vision is to be a nationwide traffic management company that is most admired for it's people, partnership and performance, and to provide quality services focused on ensuring safe and healthy practices.
Due to our continued growth we are now building a flexible pool of Traffic Management Operatives (Second Men) in Scunthorpe who can support our operations as and when required. This is a zero-hour contract role, ideal if you’re looking for flexibility, extra income, or an entry point into the traffic management industry.

What you'll do:
- Assist lead operatives with installing and maintaining temporary traffic setups (traffic lights, road closures, pedestrian systems).
- Support safe and efficient site operations, working as part of a team.
- Help load/unload and set up equipment.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and professionalism on-site.
- Setting examples in safety and quality, because that’s how we keep our solid reputation.

- Reliable, punctual individuals who can be called upon at short notice
- Strong team players with good communication skills
- Previous experience in traffic management is not essential but is desired
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
