We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager who has a passion for devising, driving, and delivering effective internal communications within a fast-paced department. The role: As the Senior Internal Communications Manager you will lead the development and delivery of a strategic internal communications strategy that engages and aligns colleagues with organisations vision, values, and objectives.



Key Responsibilities:


Working with Head of Communications and other senior key stakeholders to shape and lead a data-driven internal communications strategy that delivers against key KPI’s and supports the company’s long-term strategic plan.
Act as communications point person on any new portfolios, ensuring colleagues and customers are kept well informed throughout the transition process.
Oversee the development and governance of a comprehensive annual communications calendar covering operational, engagement, and cultural initiatives.
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of internal communication channels, including.
Lead the planning and delivery of integrated content plans for employee events and cyclical engagement initiatives and campaigns.
Develop creative solutions to continually improve the quality and impact of internal communication campaigns.
Monitor, evaluate and report on results; and consult with internal customers to optimise communications methods as appropriate.
Maintain and develop the integrity of the internal Care UK brand through ownership of tone of voice and brand guidelines for all operational and engagement communications.




What We're Looking For:


Minimum six years’ communications experience, including in large multi-site environments.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong understanding of tone of voice and employer branding
Experience of managing and developing direct report
Willing to travel throughout the UK.
