Experience and proven success in a reward-centred role within a complex, multi-site, or service-driven organisation.
Loves to make a difference.
l Implementation success
Driving change in designing pay frameworks, job evaluation, and pay/benefit structures.
Winning hearts and minds
Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.
Knowledge of Willis Tower Watson or Korn Ferry
