The role: The Business Systems Project Manager will ensure all projects are well organised, delivered on schedule and progressing effectively, providing end to end project management across the new portfolio system.



Key Responsibilities:


Managing project administration and perform coordination activities
Maintaining up to date project documentation such as plans, trackers, risk and issue logs, specifications, and decision logs.
Supporting delivery readiness by preparing go live checklists, rollout plans, and monitoring completion.
Tracking project budgets and spend and providing financial forecasts.
Completing periodic project reporting.
Plan, coordinate and liaise with new portfolio contacts to secure data required for system build and migration, and ensuring timely delivery with rollouts.
Supporting change management and communications activities for homes for all projects, portfolio rollouts, and the new system implementations.
Communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to identify and analyse information needs plus functional requirements, delivering solutions and documenting these appropriately
Assists in the provision of support and training to staff in the use of the systems including training to individuals and delivering training to groups in a classroom environment.
Works with system suppliers including working with consultants and liaising with the system supplier’s customers support service especially for application problem resolution.

Experience driving user engagement and adoption during system implementations and rollouts.
Able to travel Nationwide
