What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Honours degree in relevant subject
To have had successful teaching experience across the age range and ability
To have an awareness of good practice in identifying individual needs and providing appropriate, differentiated teaching
Ability to work as part of a team and develop working relationships with all key stakeholders
Clear evidence of current knowledge and views in subject and curriculum development
Ability to plan coherently and implement developments effectively
Communicate effectively and concisely both in verbal and written form
To have a positive attitude to all aspects of college life and make contributions towards new initiatives and developments
Ability to review, evaluate and implement schemes of work and syllabus
To be highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload
A commitment to your own continuous professional development.
Personal commitment to the College’s professional standards, including dress code, as appropriate.
The post will require an enhanced DBS clearance.

A full UK driving licence is required for this post
