Glen Nevis Holidays is a busy and friendly holiday park and accommodation provider set in the stunning Scottish Highlands. We welcome visitors from across the UK and overseas and pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a truly special location.
We are looking for a Seasonal Bookings Assistant to join our team from March to the end of October.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, whether by phone, email, or in person.
- Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handling face-to-face check-ins and check-outs for accommodation guests
- Supporting the booking process and keeping reservation systems up to date
