We are looking for a Seasonal Bookings Assistant to join our team from March to the end of October.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, whether by phone, email, or in person.
- Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handling face-to-face check-ins and check-outs for accommodation guests
