Serious Operator: A Senior Sous Chef is required for one of the Midlands (close to Coventry) most talked about hotels with a stunning award-winning 3aa Rosette restaurant. You will be working under an exceptional and industry renowned Executive Head Chef who has created a warm and welcoming kitchen brigade

• Salary £50,000 package
• 48 hours per week
• 3aa Rosette 40 cover restaurant
• Fully staffed kitchen (14)
• Fine Dining Tasting Menus with Wine Flights
• Banqueting of upto 125
• 5 – 10 weddings a year
• Serious hotel operator with huge amounts of progression

You will need to have had a stable a career – no job hopping – 1 – 2 years per role and at least worked at 3aa Rosette level.
