Your new opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, people‑focused and values‑aligned individual to join our friendly People Team and play a key role in delivering exciting recruitment and resourcing initiatives. You’ll support creative recruitment campaigns, bring fresh ideas to attract talent, and help welcome people who share our vision for making lives better.
As a Resourcing Lead, you will:
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Quarriers to help us be an employer of choice.
Independently manage your own recruitment portfolio and take ownership of all activity within your allocated area.
Deliver a first‑class service to hiring managers and create a positive, values‑driven experience for candidates.
Act as an ambassador for Quarriers’ mission, purpose and values at every stage of the hiring journey.
Working Pattern: This is a full-time, permanent post offering 35 hours per week. Agile working - blend home, office, services and events. Typically Monday - Friday, with flexibility to support recruitment events.
What you’ll bring
- Previous recruitment/resourcing experience (essential)
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- A commitment to Quarriers’ values
- Self‑motivation, curiosity and creativity
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- CIPD membership (desirable)
