Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?We're looking for enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and welcoming schools across the Kettering area. This is a fantastic opportunity to help pupils with a wide range of needs while developing your own skills in a supportive school environment.

Your New Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, which may include autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, sensory needs, or behavioural challenges.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students
- Assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging and accessible learning experiences
- Promote independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours
- Ensure consistent, safe and high‑quality support in line with safeguarding expectations

Desirable Experience/Qualifications
- GCSE/O Level or equivalent
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
- A valid driving licence due to location
