Your new school
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join a fantastic school in Corby and work with our exceptional learners. We are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a friendly and supportive environment where your input will be key in helping students achieve positive outcomes.
Your new role
You will be expected to make a real and positive impact on the lives of children who have a range of care needs (SEMH/ADHD), life experiences, and individual personalities that make every day varied and rewarding. You will support young people by leading by example, demonstrating professionalism at all times, and ensuring strong levels of commitment, high‑quality child care practice, and safeguarding.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking people who thrive in a challenging but immensely rewarding environment-those who are passionate about supporting the development of social, life, and independence skills and who genuinely want to make a difference. Experience working with individuals with autism is not essential, but a commitment to learning and developing is.
Desirable experience/qualifications
* GCSE/O'Level or equivalent
* Experience working with children with social, emotional and mental health needs (desirable)
* A valid driving licence due to school locations around Corby
