Location: Marriott House, Rushden - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required (minimum 1 day per week).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As our new L&D Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and local L&D representatives across Kier in relation to our learning management system. Working within our collaborative team environment, you'll provide high-quality administrative support while building strong relationships across the business.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Learning & Development Administrator, you'll be working within the AskHR L&D team, supporting them in delivering excellent learning and development services. Your day to day will include:
-Administering our learning management system (Kallidus) and providing support for user queries
-Booking and coordinating training courses and leadership programmes
-Building strong working relationships with colleagues and business stakeholders
-Managing the psychometric testing process and handling purchase orders/invoicing
-Ensuring all services meet our quality standards and SLA deadlines
What are we looking for?
This role of L&D Administrator is great for you if:
-You have experience working with learning management systems (Kallidus experience is advantageous)
-You're detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and can prioritise effectively
-You have strong communication skills and enjoy building collaborative relationships
-You're proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Teams
-You're passionate about providing excellent customer service
