Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Glasgow, Perth, Dublin, Belfast

Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation Office providing vital support in the planning, coordination, implementation and tracking of key initiatives across the function.

The PMO Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Head of PMO and wider team in delivering the Transformation Office roadmap. This includes tracking the progress of key initiatives, coordinating delivery timelines, monitoring and reporting progress, identifying risks and supporting mitigation activity, and maintaining robust governance processes and systems.

You will

  • Support the Head of PMO and wider team to ensure governance requirements are met, operating in line with agreed frameworks, standards and controls
  • Support the Transformation team in managing key initiatives by ensuring all data is current, accurate, and reflects true delivery status. Produce updates and insights that inform reporting across the programme
  • Identify key risks to delivery, working closely with stakeholders to support the creation and execution of effective mitigation plans
  • Produce, consolidate and quality assure executive‑level reports, using standard templates and deliver within agreed deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, track actions, and ensure follow‑up activities are completed in line with expectations

You have

  • Background in PMO functions with knowledge of delivery governance and an understanding of end-to-end lifecycle delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio. Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and Power Apps) is highly advantageous
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and produce clear and concise information / options / decisions to senior management
  • A continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement within the function
