We are looking for an experienced Preschool Room Leader to join the team at this vibrant family-run nursery in Catford, South London.
This is a lovely nursery that truly cares about every member of staff, taking time to listen to feedback from everyone and working together to help everyone achieve their own professional goals and aspirations! Staff can also enjoy breaks in their own staff room, located away from the main building in the tranquil garden, and
take the time to relax and unwind from the intensity of their work.

This is a permanent Room Leader role to work full time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours) in the Preschool Room. Salary would be £31,420 per annum.
As a Room Leader, you will manage a team of 3 people within the Preschool Room, and will manage the day to day running of the room, ensuring a high standard of learning, development and care and that the room is a safe environment for children, staff and others.
Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3/equivalent qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• 2 years or more experience working in a nursery
• Experience as a Preschool Room Leader
• Good standard of English and Maths
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Effective leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
