  • Competitive Pay: £90 - £95 per day (depending on experience).

  • Ideal Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only).

The Role

As a Supply TA, your day will be varied and rewarding. You will:

  • Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to boost their confidence and learning.

  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and tidy classroom environment.

  • Supervise break times and ensure pupil safety and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children (in or out of a school setting) is preferred.

  • Attitude: Proactive, patient, and able to build rapport with children quickly.

  • Communication: Strong verbal skills to help explain concepts to young learners.

  • Reliability: Someone who shows up with a smile and a "can-do" attitude.
