Play a key role in enhancing learning services across a major transformation programme.
We're looking for a Senior Learning Services Functional Analyst to support one of Capita Public Service's large-scale transformation programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how learning is designed, delivered, and experienced across a programme that is reshaping services and ways of working.
You'll work closely with operational teams, subject matter experts, and project leads to ensure our learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with programme goals. If you enjoy problem‑solving, partnering with stakeholders, and turning complex needs into simple, actionable learning solutions, this role offers the perfect platform to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the delivery of high‑quality learning
• Shape and refine learning processes, ensuring they are clear, efficient, and accessible.
• Improve how learning journeys are structured, delivered, and maintained across the programme .
• Provide guidance and solutions to help teams overcome learning-related challenges.
Designing impactful learning solutions
• Translate business and programme requirements into clear learning needs and recommendations.
• Help develop and refine learning assets, digital content, user journeys, and support materials.
• Contribute to creating strong, consistent learning experiences across the programme .
Driving continuous improvement
• Use data, feedback, and insights to identify opportunities to strengthen learning delivery.
• Recommend improvements that support capability growth, engagement, and programme outcomes.
Collaborating across the programme
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure learning is aligned to operational change.
• Work closely with project and delivery teams to support programme milestones.
What we're looking for:
(Essential)
• Experience in service design and operating models within Learning Services
• Background in shared‑service or multi‑party delivery environments
• Experience in learning services, learning systems or a functional/process analyst role.
• Understanding of phased transitions and interim operating states
• Experience supporting testing and service transition
• Ability to align service design with system capabilities
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, practical and well‑structured learning outputs.
• Experience supporting large programmes or projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering excellent learner experiences.
• Confidence working with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and process improvement.
