We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our client's Inverness Management Team, supporting across all of their Inverness shops.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a flexible approach, and a genuine passion for great customer service so doughnut delay and apply today!
Hours of work will be 30–40 hours per week, between 6am–4pm, Monday to Saturday (working 5 days from 6).
Key Details:
Use of your own car is essential, as you'll be required to work in a variety of locations including outlying shops.
(Travel time & mileage will be reimbursed.)
You must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to full-time hours when needed.
Shifts will fall between 6am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with the coordination and day-to-day operations of our shops
Occasionally managing a shop in the absence of senior managers
Leading by example with high standards of conduct and leadership
Motivating and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer care
Supporting with administrative tasks
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards in line with company and legal guidelines
Contributing to the training and development of team members

A self-motivated, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and people skills
A team player who takes pride in excellent customer service
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
