Crynodeb
Production: Assisting with manufacture of filter elements at various stages. Full training to be given.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-3:00pm. Overtime available.
Holiday: 20 days (plus additional days between Christmas and New Year)
Pension: Workplace pension
Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid
Salary: £27200 to £28524 to start per year. Increasing after training and probation period.
Payment: Pay period is for each calendar month, with payment on the 19th.
Bonus: Monthly attendance bonus, £60.00.
The monthly attendance bonus is paid for complete attendance during the previous month.
Monthly productivity bonus, up to £800.00
The monthly productivity bonus is not guaranteed. The payment of this bonus depends on productivity of the previous month and several other factors. Eligibility for the productivity bonus will be contingent on the payment of the attendance bonus.
