Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements

  
  

• Organise and prioritise requirements to align with business objectives

  
  

• Produce clear and detailed requirement specifications

  
  

• Liaise closely with software developers throughout the development lifecycle

  
  

• Manage and evaluate change requests

  
  

• Support testing teams to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements

  
  

• Develop customer-facing product information, including website content and communication materials

  
  

  Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the software sector or in a Technical Business Analyst role

    
    

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and SDLC best practices

    
    

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    
    

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business rules into software requirements

    
    

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    
    

  • Good technical understanding of development methodologies

    
    

  • Experience with strategic analysis techniques, modelling techniques and notations

    
    

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools

    
    

  • Proficiency in requirements management tools

    
    

    Desirable Skills & Experience

    • Professional certifications such as ISEB, BCS, or IIBA®

      
      

    • Ability to understand system integration principles via APIs and read web development code

      
      

    • Familiarity with BI tools

      
      

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
