Summary

Graphic Designer (2D)

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented 2D Graphic Designer to join a growing, award-winning creative team within a multichannel marketing and retail design environment.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for art, design, branding and retail experiences. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a design studio or a similar fast-paced creative environment.

This role is office-based four days per week, with one day working from home.

You will be designing semi-permanent and permanent retail displays, along with innovative packaging concepts for global and high-street brands.

Balancing creativity with practicality, you will develop visually impactful displays that are cost-effective and compliant with brand and retailer guidelines.

Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with 3D designers, graphic designers, engineers and project managers to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative creative solutions to enhance brand presence in retail environments


  • Design vibrant in-store displays and packaging concepts


  • Interpret and respond to a range of briefs, from initial sketches through to fully resolved creative routes


  • Present and justify creative thinking with clarity and confidence


  • Create mood boards and conduct research into demographics and competitors


  • Produce artwork and assets for print


  • Carry out photo retouching and image editing


    Essential Skills & Experience
    • Strong understanding of brand identity and retailer requirements


    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams


    • Ability to interpret client specifications and retail guidelines accurately


    • Experience working in a fast-paced studio environment


    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


    • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding work
