Duties:
- Conduct road tests and diagnose vehicle faults accurately
- Complete inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards
- Perform MOT tests adhering to current regulations and maintaining valid accreditation
- Ensure work is completed within specified timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
- Accurately complete job cards and documentation
- Collaborate with service reception and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Valid MOT testing licence
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Proven technical skills with precision and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
