What You'll Be Doing:
• Coordinating and implementing robust SEN provision across the school
• Leading and mentoring a talented team of TAs, teachers, and support staff

• Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements
• Delivering INSET and CPD sessions to elevate whole-school inclusion
