What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading, developing, and coordinating the school’s SEND strategy and practice
• Managing a passionate, skilled team of support staff, TAs, and specialists
• Advising and coaching teachers to deliver inclusive, high-impact classroom practice
• Creating and implementing individualised EHCPs and intervention programmes
• Building robust parent, pupil, and external agency partnerships for holistic support
• Monitoring data, measuring progress, and driving sustained attainment for SEN learners
