The Role – SENCo
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCo to join our supportive team from September 2025. In this role, you will lead and manage the provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that all children receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff, support staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, a thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, and a commitment to inclusive education.
