What You'll Be Doing:
• Direct the full SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) strategy
• Lead, coach and inspire a dynamic team of SEN support staff and teachers
• Oversee all EHCPs, access arrangements, and annual reviews with precision and warmth
• Champion high-impact interventions and robust progress tracking
• Forge strong partnerships with families, educational psychologists, and external agencies
• Drive best practices through coaching, INSET, and policy innovation

Ideal "SENCO" for this Hackney School:
• UK-trained SENCO with National Award (or working towards)
• QTS essential, with RECENT impactful school-based SENCO experience
