£25,000 - £28,000 + Realistic Commission Scheme
Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week – hybrid working available

A well-established and expanding organisation is seeking a motivated sales professional to support its parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused setting and enjoys building strong client relationships while contributing to revenue growth.

The position is based in Telford, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high service standards while identifying opportunities to increase sales performance.

The Role
• Respond to enquiries from both prospective and existing customers, producing detailed quotations and processing orders accurately.
• Provide guidance on spare parts, including specifications, pricing structures, lead times, and available product options.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure confirmed orders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the customer base.
• Oversee key customer accounts and ensure all records and system updates are maintained correctly.
• Look for ways to streamline quoting, ordering, and overall service delivery processes.
• Support the wider team with additional duties as the function develops.

About You
• At least three years’ experience within a sales and customer support environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport across a range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven track record of managing the sales cycle and achieving results.
• Able to prioritise tasks effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and refine performance.
• Advantageous: Experience within engineering or manufacturing industries, and familiarity with CRM platforms
