Role Overview
The school is seeking a committed Secondary Cover Supervisor who combines excellent behaviour management skills with a creative and supportive approach. You will work alongside a progressive team to deliver an innovative and engaging curriculum. A commitment to high standards and inspiring a love of learning in all pupils is essential.
Key Requirements
• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable, but not essential).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes.
