We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and dynamic environment for both residents and staff. We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Your Role as a Care Assistant (Nights):

As a Care Assistant working nights, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:

Personalized Care: Supporting residents with nighttime routines, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and ensuring they feel safe and secure.
Health Monitoring: Observing and responding to residents’ health needs, escalating concerns to senior staff as necessary.
Emotional Support: Providing companionship and reassurance to residents who may feel unsettled during the night.
Household Tasks: Assisting with light domestic duties such as tidying communal areas or preparing for the day ahead.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery throughout the night.
Training & Development: Actively participating in ongoing professional training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

Be Caring and Compassionate: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting others.
Have a Team-Oriented Attitude: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
Display Professionalism: Uphold high standards of care, discretion, and integrity at all times.
Be Flexible and Adaptable: Accommodate the varying needs of residents and the demands of a night shift schedule.
Experience is a Plus: Previous experience in health and social care is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to providing outstanding care. If you are ready to contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
