Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Contracts available: 11 hours (2 morning shifts per week), 16.5 hours (3 morning shifts per week) or 27.5 hours (5 morning shifts per week)

Oak Springs boasts a vibrant 74-bedded facility spread across three beautifully designed floors, featuring music rooms, a beauty salon, and tranquil courtyards. Here, we don't just focus on care—we celebrate individuality and enhance the quality of life for every resident.
As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:
Supporting residents with personal care and hygiene, mealtimes, and daily activities.
Promoting social engagement by encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies and interests.
Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with residents.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the care home.
Assisting with mobility and ensuring the physical well-being of residents.
Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure residents' individual needs are met.
Contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging social activities.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude, with a warm and compassionate personality.
A genuine interest in health and social care. Experience is a plus but not essential—training will be provided!
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on a rota, including some weekends.
