The Role
As an IT Support Technician at Electroville, you’ll support a range of customers with their day-to-day IT needs, both remotely and in person.
You’ll work across a variety of systems and technologies, helping to diagnose issues, fix faults, and keep clients running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Providing support via phone, email, and remote screen sharing
• Carrying out installations, upgrades, and general maintenance
• Supporting customers both on-site and remotely
• Delivering excellent after-sales service and follow-up
• Helping charities and community organisations stay connected and productive

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is technically capable, customer-focused, and confident communicating with people at all levels.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience providing IT support to end users
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Full UK driving licence
You Should Be Confident With:
• Windows 10 & 11
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft 365 Business / Hosted Exchange
• Website and domain hosting
• Local and cloud backup solutions

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
It would be great if you also have experience with:
• Website development
• Microsoft Server operating systems
• macOS support
• Custom PC builds or gaming PCs
