Are you passionate about shaping product ranges that drive commercial success across global markets?

We’re looking for a Global Range Selection Manager to join the John Sands Product Management team.

This role works closely with UKG, AG and JS product teams to develop customer lines and support the formulation and delivery of the overall marketing strategy. A key focus is range selection for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

You’ll support the Senior Range Selection Manager in:

Collating information for new line requirements and line changes

Producing marketing collateral

Contributing to new product launches and presentations

Partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, CDS, Range Management and Repro teams

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have strong communication, presentation and analytical skills

Bring creativity and confidence in sharing new ideas

Have experience or an understanding of a marketing environment (desirable)

Ideally be degree-educated in Marketing or a related discipline

Be self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities

Be highly organised and commercially focused

Have people management experience (desirable)

Be numerate, computer literate and confident using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programmes
