The Role

As Business Development Director, you will lead high-value new business opportunities across the Restaurant Associates sector. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from early client engagement and bid strategy through to contract award and mobilisation handover.

You will:

  • Deliver new business revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead complex, multi-million-pound bids
  • Develop compelling value propositions and presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms to secure profitable contracts
  • Build senior client relationships and position RA as a strategic partner
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance and Marketing teams
  • Represent the business at industry events and client forums
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM reporting

What You Will Bring

Experience:

  • Proven success winning complex B&I or premium hospitality contracts
  • Experience leading large, strategic bid processes
  • Background in contract catering, workplace hospitality or food-led environments
  • Exposure to global or high-profile corporate clients
  • Strong commercial and governance awareness
