Summary
Job Responsibility:
Finding new customers and persuade existing ones to buy extra services; conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape; developing business development strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and brand presence; Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including new store locations, partnerships, and product lines; developing sales plans and targets in line with retail objectives; monitoring sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention; building and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners; negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and third-party vendors; providing coaching, training, and support to junior staff to optimize business performance; ensuring business development activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards; identifying potential risks in expansion plans, partnerships, or vendor contracts and mitigate them.
