We are seeking Assembly Operatives to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications and quality standards. This position requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently according to provided specifications and instructions.
Operate various tools and machinery safely, including hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished products to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
