Summary

Press Brake Operator – Aerospace
Location: Burnley
Pay Rate: £16.45 per hour (PAYE) | £21.70 per hour (Umbrella) | Shift Pattern TBC

Morson is assisting are recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a well-established Aerospace manufacturing client based in Burnley. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-precision, regulated environment producing components for the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC and/or manual press brake machines

  
  

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications

  
  

• Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards

  
  

• Carrying out first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks

  
  

• Working in line with aerospace procedures, health & safety, and quality requirements

  
  Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator

    
    

  • Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    
    

  • Experience working with tight tolerances and inspection processes

    
    

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    
    Desirable Experience:

    • Experience operating Trumpf and/or Amada press brake machines

      
      

    • Background within aerospace or other high-precision manufacturing environments
