Key Responsibilities




Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems




Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including PCs, printers, Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365




Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software




Manage user accounts, passwords, and security groups using Active Directory and Microsoft 365




Log support actions accurately and contribute to internal knowledge bases




Deliver professional, friendly, and patient customer service to all users



Essential Qualifications




GCSE English (Grade 4 or above)




GCSE Maths (Grade 4 or above)
