Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, tailoring your approach to their individual needs

- Monitoring and recording student progress, and contributing to the evaluation of their performance

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and a good understanding of effective teaching methodologies
