Our client, a leading educational institution in Stockport, Greater Manchester, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Further Education Learning Facilitator to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about facilitating and supporting the learning and development of students in a further education setting.

As the Full-time Further Education Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with our client's teaching staff to ensure that the curriculum is delivered in a manner that challenges and inspires our learners, while also providing the necessary support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Your primary duties will include:
- Planning and delivering interactive and innovative lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the learning objectives of our students
- Providing personalised support and guidance to students, both in the classroom and during one-on-one or small group sessions
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, resources, and assessment methods
- Monitoring student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic and personal growth
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress, attendance, and assessment
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the further education sector, as well as a passion for inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of our students, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
