Summary
MOT Tester required for our Client’s busy franchised approved Car Dealership, located in Wantage – Oxfordshire.
The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic with OTE of £45,000.
MOT Testers play a huge role in our Client’s company and they play a huge role in keeping our roads safe!
Benefits:
- Starting salary between £30-40,000 per annum, pending experience/qualifications.
- Uncapped team-performance related bonus scheme (roughly £5,000+ per annum), paid monthly.
- 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays) plus your birthday off work.
- Overtime, including Saturdays, paid at standard rate.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Hold a valid MOT Licence
- Have previous working experience within the role
- Ideally withhold at least a Level 2 NVQ Qualification, within Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to communicate with customers effectively
- A sound Mechanical knowledge
- Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required
- Ensuring VOSA standards are met at all times
