Summary
Rapier Employment are looking to hire a MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join a family-run garage in Steventon, Oxfordshire.
The successful applicant must be a team player, able to work unsupervised & to tight deadlines, with great customer service skills and at least a Level 3 qualification in Automotive repair or equivalent experience. They will need to have a full UK driving licence and a Level 2 Award in MOT testing.
The role will include vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and MOT testing.
Salary ranges - £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualification & experience.
Working hours - Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hr lunch, (but will consider flexible working hours for the correct candidate). Also expected to work every other Saturday morning but with time off in the week to reflect this.
Benefits - 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and after completion of probation period, the opportunity to join the company pension scheme.
