Job Advert

Plan it. Control it. Deliver it.

Be the engine behind a high-performing branch.

If you’re at your best when everything is running smoothly — vehicles on the road, stock exactly where it should be and customers
getting what they need on time — this is your role.

You’ll take ownership of the daily delivery plan, fleet compliance and stock accuracy, making sure the operation is safe,
efficient and built around great service. This is fast-paced, hands-on and central to the success of the branch.

What you’ll be doing

* Planning and coordinating multi-drop deliveries
* Keeping vehicles, drivers and compliance fully on track
* Controlling goods in, returns and system stock accuracy
* Driving high standards in safety, organisation and housekeeping
* Working with the team to reduce damage, improve flow and keep everything moving

What we’re looking for

* Experience in transport planning, logistics or stock control
* Someone organised, proactive and solutions-focused
* A natural problem-solver who takes real ownership
* A team player who leads by example and puts customers first

Merchanting or civils experience is a real advantage.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm (no weekend working)
Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
Salary: Competitive
Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme

If you want a role where your standards set the pace, your decisions matter and your impact is seen — we want to hear from you.
